Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Profit Hawks, Inc., doing business as Visionary AI ("Visionary AI," "we," "us"), collects and uses information through visionaryai.net (the "Site").
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you submit the partner application or email us, we receive what you provide, such as your name, firm, email address, phone number, website, and details about your business.
- Meeting bookings. Discovery meetings are booked through Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Calendly collects the information you enter there under its own privacy policy.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and to keep the Site running.
Cookies
The Site itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts are delivered. Third-party services we link to, such as Calendly, may set their own cookies.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and partner applications
- To schedule and prepare for meetings you book
- To provide and improve our services
- To keep the Site secure and comply with legal obligations
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our hosting, email, and scheduling providers, and when required by law.
Client project data
Data we handle while delivering client projects is governed by the agreement we sign with that client, not by this policy.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry and application information as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us by emailing ken@visionaryai.net. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
